Rajesh Sehgal, CFA is the Managing Partner and founder of Equanimity Investments. Equanimity is a Venture Capital firm passionate about the early stage ecosystem, working closely with businesses that leverage technology to build world class products and offer best in class services. He is a Wharton alumnus in addition to being an XLRI management graduate specialising in finance and marketing. He is a CFA charter holder and has earned a post-graduate diploma in Securities Law from Mumbai University.

Rajesh is a long-term investor with tremendous breadth and depth of experience managing early stage investments, private equity and public equity funds for over two decades. Having worked with Dr. Mark Mobius at Franklin Templeton Investments for over 17 years, he gained on-the-ground experience in emerging market countries across Asia, Africa, East Europe and Latin America, having invested across various industries and businesses spanning different stages of their lifecycle.

Rajesh has the distinction of being the Founding Chair of the India chapter of CRUF, a global body set up in 2005 for users of financial reports to be an open forum for learning about and responding to the many accounting and regulatory changes that affect corporate reporting. He is a Charter Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur), a global non-profit community that works to help entrepreneurs in all ways.

At TiE, Rajesh is co-chair of the FinTech focused special interest group that spearheads TiE Mumbai’s focussed effort to help the FinTech community.  
Rajesh has been active in the Indian startup ecosystem since 2007 as a dedicated angel investor having invested in 22 startups, working closely with the management teams in most cases and successfully securing exits in a handful of these investments.

Vikas Suresh is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the field of valuations, M&A advisory and management consulting. He was until recently part of the valuations practice of KPMG India looking after the southern region and has also been part of the Corporate Advisory practice of Ernst & Young in India and Corporate & Strategic planning team of the Murugappa Group.

Areas of experience include valuations and mergers and acquisitions advisory, due diligence, entry strategies, strategy formulation, business planning. He has lead a number of valuation projects across sectors like automotive, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, information technology, consumer, etc.

After two decades of employment, he has recently decided to branch out and set up an advisory firm focusing on valuations, investment banking and business advisory.

Cancellation Policy:

Refund and Substitution Policy (Differ from one programme to other, please read carefully): No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 15 days of the workshop. Those delegates, who have confirmed and do not attend, are liable to pay the full course fee and no refunds will be granted. Cancellation fee of 50% will be applicable 30 days prior to the workshop. Cancellation fee of 25% will be applicable up to 45 days prior to the workshop. Company reserves the right to amend content, expert, policy, venue & date(s) of the workshop. Participants will be refunded the registration fee in full in case the workshop gets cancelled. In case of refunds or cancellation mentioned above - the inward and outward Forex transaction cost (s) and currency fluctuation differential will be charged while accounting for the refund. Company assumes no liability for any costs including transportation, hotel reservations or any other costs incurred by participants in the event of cancellation.
